4. Intellectual Property Rights: The purchaser acknowledges that the photo book is the intellectual property of the photographer and/or their assigns. The sale of this photo book does not transfer any rights of ownership to the purchaser.
5. Alterations and Derivative Works: The purchaser may not alter, edit, or create derivative works from the photo book without the express written permission of the photographer or their legal representative.
6. Liability: The purchaser agrees that the photographer and any of their agents, employees, or assignees will not be liable for any damages arising from the misuse of the photo book.
7. Breach of Terms: In the event of a breach of these terms, the Personal Use License will be revoked, and the purchaser may be subject to legal action for copyright infringement and breach of contract.
8. By purchasing this photo book, the purchaser acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. The purchaser understands that they are obtaining a license for personal use only and that any other use of the photo book without explicit permission is a violation of copyright law.
