The sale of this card transfers physical ownership only — no intellectual property rights are transferred to the purchaser.
Alterations and Derivative Works: The purchaser may not alter, edit, or create derivative works from any imagery or design featured on this card without the express written permission of OnlyLewds or their legal representative.
Collector Resale: Private resale of the physical card between individual collectors is permitted. Reproduction or commercial exploitation of the card's imagery in connection with any resale is not permitted.

Breach of Terms: In the event of a breach of these terms, the Personal Use License will be revoked and the purchaser may be subject to legal action for copyright infringement and breach of contract.
