6. Liability: The purchaser agrees that the photographer and any of their agents, employees, or assignees will not be liable for any damages arising from the misuse of the photo book.
7. Breach of Terms: In the event of a breach of these terms, the Personal Use License will be revoked, and the purchaser may be subject to legal action for copyright infringement and breach of contract.
8. By purchasing this photo book, the purchaser acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
