Digital Orders

All digital sales are final. Once a download link has been delivered, the file has left the building.

If your download link is broken, expired, or never arrived — that's on us and we'll make it right immediately.

Physical Orders

Print editions, polaroids, and collectibles are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging where applicable
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

We recommend a tracked service — we can't process a refund for something that never makes it back.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Processing typically takes 3–5 business days after we confirm receipt. Your bank may take an additional few days to post it.

My physical order arrived damaged — what do I do?

Take photos of the damage (item and packaging) and email us with your order number. We'll sort out a replacement or refund — you won't be charged return shipping on our mistake.

I received the wrong item.

That's a fulfilment error on our end. Contact us with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll arrange the correct item and cover all shipping both ways.

My digital download link isn't working.

Check your spam folder first — delivery emails occasionally land there. If it's genuinely broken or expired, reach out with your order number and we'll resend it within a few hours.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

Yes — if stock allows. Email us before sending anything back and we'll confirm availability. Exchanges follow the same 30-day window and condition requirements as standard returns.

I ordered the wrong thing — can I cancel?

Digital orders begin processing immediately and cannot be cancelled once confirmed. For physical orders, contact us as quickly as possible — if it hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to catch it.
